Product Description 

Unique Design 
1.Vibration force is generated by drouble vibrating motors with adjustable unbalanced weight.
2.When changed relative installation angle of two groups unbalanced weights, vibration force can adjusted as your required. 
3.Material on screen cloth be forced to make a jump-forward linear motion. Oversize material would be screened out during that time, undersize ones discharged from outlet point. 
4.All steel frames are connected by blind rivet to avoid welding stress and deformation. 
5.Installed hardware cloth and rubber bouncing ball under screen cloth to increase service life. 
6.Provided with high quality support spring that can eliminate the impact force on the groud. 
7.Our machine can be customized by your special requirements: e.g. anti-corrosion, hot-dip galvanizing, blast sanding, etc.

Working Principle 
When the two vibrating motor that installed vertically on the sieve relatively rotate, the eccentric block of two vibrating motors produce rated excitation force. The horizontal excitation force cancel each other out, the vertical excitation force is transported to the whole screen surface through the body mass vibration. Materials do the jumping movement on the screen surface to the outlet because of the vertical excitation force. Materials which smaller than the mesh drop into the lower layer and discharge from the outlet after doing the jumping movement. Because of the reasonable screen, after vibrating screen, we can get materials of different concentration particle sizes and done the rating work of materials.
