 The machine imitates the manual screening process and makes three-dimensional movement,combining the circular motion with up-throwing motion ingeniously,which help to establish a horizontal as well as a upcast three-dimensional rolling movement to make the particles move by involute sprial line on the sieve surface.Thus the particles can go through a relatively long way in the relative area on the sieve surface and on the sieve surface and the staying time of them on the net surface also can be increased more than 85%,which enhances the sieving rate greatly and makes the screening accuracy up to 90%-99%.The output capacity is greatly increased.Based on the physical properties of the screende materials,the revolving speed,eccentricity,radial force and tangential force can all be adjusted to alter the moving track and net-staying time of the materials on the net surface,thus the best screening effect can be achieved.
