Working Principle of hard stone roller crushing machine:

 

This equipment adopts two motors, which take two rollers to rotate reversely by the decelerator. When the materials drop on the rollers through the feeding hole, under the friction of the rollers, they are dragged between the rollers, grinded by the roller's and crushing, the crushed materials are pushed rotatorily by the rollers.

1.The mud-scraping device can prevent materials from adhering to the roller, so the teeth surface can be more clean and the proper shearing and pressing be maintained;
2.Fixed spacing between 2 tooth rollers makes it stable to discharge;
3.Reasonable design for the shape of tooth plate and high-qualified wear resistant material extents its working life;
4.The movable and fixed rollers are interconnected by the coupling, thus obviating the frequent replacement of the belts;
5.With sensor, the machine can load relief when overload, so that to protect the machine.
