Using scope

Rotary screen is also mainly used to sieve particles or powder precisely/roughly in the industry of bread  flour,starch,laundry powder,metal powder,chemical additive,non-ore,etc. 

Working principal

1.Turning on the vibration motor,centrifugal effect produced by the Eccentric block generate spin-based quantiative movement in the horizontal direction,so materials will be vibrated and screened.

2. Adjust exciting force to change discharge capacity according to production demand.

Function of vibrating sieve machine:

1. Classification 

Each of our products can screen and separate precisely and continuously, the Multi-layer type can screen and separate five groups of different particles at a time. It is suitable for dry materials.

2. Filtrating 

The mixture of solid and liquid can be separated effectively by single or multi-layer type into different grade materials.

3. Remove the impurities 

Our equipment can quickly separate a few oversize or undersize particles from a quantity of materials.

    Daily maintenance:

1. before running

   (1) To check coarse mesh and fine mesh if there is damage

   (2) Each group clamps is locking.

2. Running

   (1) Notice any abnormal noises

   (2) Electric current is stable

   (3) Whether the vibration is abnormal.

3. after running

   (1) After used clean up the vibration every time

   (2) To inspect regularly the coarse mesh, fine mesh and the spring if there are fatigue and damage

   (3) Whether each part of the vibrating body caused damage due to vibration.

   (4) Need to add the site to be the lubricating oil
