3.Introduction

Xinxiang Gaofu vibratory screen machine, it is efficiently and capable of all types of screening operations for particles, powder, viscous liquid products. It is definitely a good helper in different fields including chemical engineering, medicine, metal metallurgy, food processing, ceramics, coating material and pollutant treatments.

1). The machine outlet can be connected to any direction. Sieved material can be disch-arged straight away, suitable for automated operation.

3). This machine can screen and filter any powders,particles,liquid.

4). Sieve size range from 4 mesh(4750 micro opening) to 500 mesh(25 micro opening)

5). The production capacity is 1-4 ton/hour,according to material characteristic has float up or down.

6). Unique screen design, quick for changing screens which takes only 3-5) minutes and easy to clean.

7). According to materials characteristic to choose material of machine:carbon steel, stainless steel 304(316) and combine with both of them.

8). Green product with dust-cover, can prevent dust pollution and powder flying.

a. Grading
Each of our products can screen and separate precisely and continuously, the Multi—layer type can screen and separate five groups of different particles at a time. It is suitable for dry materials.
b. Filtration
The mixture of solid and liquid can be separated effectively by single or multi—layer type into different grade materials.
c. Remove the impurities
Our food processing machinery can quickly separate a few oversize or undersize particles from a quantity of materials.
