Wheat Flour Filter Sieve Machine for Food Industry

Special structure design :
Sorting machine use two unbalanced-weight gyratory motors mounted on opposing exterior sidewalls of the unit (instead of one motor positioned beneath the screening chamber), reducing minimum height requirements significantly.

Introduction
.
Daily maintenance:
1. before running
(1) To check coarse mesh and fine mesh if there is damage
(2) Each group clamps is locking.
2. Running
(1) Notice any abnormal noises
(2) Electric current is stable
(3) Whether the vibration is abnormal.
3. after running
(1) After used clean up the vibration every time
(2) To inspect regularly the coarse mesh, fine mesh and the spring if there are fatigue and damage
(3) Whether each part of the vibrating body caused damage due to vibration.
(4) Need to add the site to be the lubricating oil
