What does it do?
Screw conveyor is series conveying equipment which widely applies to the departments such as metallurgy, con-struction material, chemical industry, cereals and machining etc. It is alwasy match with vibrating screen.
Summary description
Screw conveyor consists of local-body, feed inlet & outlet and drive equipment. The spiral blade of screw conveyor has three types: entity-helicoids, band-helicoids, vane-helicoids. Thereinto, vane-helicoids is not applied widely and it is mainly used for conveying the high-viscosity and condensable material. Simultaneity it can agitate and mix the materials during completing the conveying work.
Compares with other equipments, screw conveyor has advantages of small dimension of section of full machine, good seal capability, balanced and credible running, multipoint loading & unloading, safety operating and simply maintenance etc.
