Part two: Working principle of rotary drum dryer
Materials are sent from the higher section of the drum and contact with hot air. With the rotation of cylinder, the material flow down to the lower end with the effect of gravity and discharge after drying. Since the rotary drum dryer is working under negative pressure conditions, feeding and discharge end use seals to prevent the air from leakage.
Part three: Features of rotary drum dryer
1.The heating furnace of rotary drum dryer is with three layers of fire protection wall, which can protect the drying material from catching fire.
2. Fuel feeding and raw material feeding with heat responsive device and control system, the
whole production totally in a full automatic condition.
3. During production, it will not generate any dust.
4. At the feeding side and discharging side, we design the honeycomb-like board to avoid the naked fire goes into the drum and light the drying material.
