sawdust dryer is defined as a device in which solids are dried while being transported along the interior of a rotating cylinder equipped with lifting flights to shower the solids through the hot gas. Through heat exchange, it is to r educe or minimize moisture content of the material it is drying. By bagasse drying machine, people could get the finished product which is suitable for packing, transportation, subsequent process, etc.
We can supply two types of sawdust dryer: sawdust rotary dryer and hot air flow dryer.They can dry many kinds of material, such as sawdust, rice husk,wood chips,corn stalks,etc.It also can make relative humidity of 20-40% wet raw materials (size: length less than 5mm, diameter less than 6mm) dry to the relative humidity is 8-12% under the temperature 180°C.
1. Wood sawdust rotary dryer
Rotary type dryer shows the features of perfect drying effect, easy operation, high efficiency and easy control of drying. It takes advantage of the stability of roller and homogeneity of air. This equipment makes the combination of roller and pipes which increase the drying strength and reduce the manual power. This is the ideal equipment for drying raw materials with high humility.
2.Hot air flow sawdust dryer
Hot airflow sawdust dryer is our newly developed and advanced drying equipment which also called pipleline dryer.
This hot airflow sawdust dryer adopts twice cieculate heating system.
This hot airflow sawdust dryer shows the features of automatic feeding, complete mix of air and materials, strong drying strength, lower dust and bigger drying capacity.
Moisture in the raw mateials of less than 40% can be drying one time to meet the requirement for coal bar production, which greatly reduced the labor intensity compared with commonly used drier.
