Wood dust rotary dryer for biofuel wood pellets
Wood dust rotary dryer mainly consists of revolution body, raise material board, trasmisson device, supportive device and seallng ring etc.
The heat source of the drier is from the combusition train, and is adopt down-flow heating methods. When the materials enter into the body from the feeding device, it will be pushed back by the spire raising boards. As the drier is in an inclined position, the materials will be down to the lower end under the influence of gravity and rotation, but the raising board will be threw to the upper end for scattering. This procession makes the material well distributed in the body, and then eusnre the beat excahnge with the heat mind. Adter preeated cycle with this porcession, the moisture content will be dried.
Wood dust rotary dryer :
1Wood dust rotary dryer is mainly to dry biomass or Fertilizer powder materials ,at max feed 15mm dimension materials, it has changeable speed rotary drum , which can dry high humidity materials, such as to dry biomass from sawdust, straw, stalk,e.c.t and fertilizer materials from poultry manure , home or facotry use.
2. Wood dust rotary dryer drum RPM can be controlled according to raw materials humidity. If humidity is large, then can control feeding speed and drum RPM lower to make longer drying time. The longer drum ensure high heat use efficiency.
3.Woo dust rotary dryer has temperature adjusting equipment between stove and dryer, which can adjust the hot air temperature before feeding to drum according to raw materials humidity ,after adjusting, then feed to dryer drum
4. Wood dust rotary dryer has two ways to discharge materials,
one is to outlet from rotary drum bottom, it is mainly fit for large weight ratio materials , the other is to outlet materials from cyclone bottom , which mainly fits for light ratio materials . On one hand with high drying efficiency , on the other hand clean dust.
