SZG Double Conical Revolving Vacuum Dryer is double conical rotating cylinder. Under the state of vacuum in the cylinder, it is heating by input vapor or hot water into jacket, and the heat will be contacted with wet material through the inner wall of cylinder. The evaporated steam after the wet material absorbed heat will be exhausted through vacuum pump. Because the inner of cylinder is in vacuum state and the cylinder make raw material turn over from up to down and from inner to outer. The drying speed is accelerated and the drying efficiency is improved and the purpose of uniform dry can be reached.
Features
The double Conical Revolving Vacuum Dryer is a new style dryer which integrated mixing and drying. It made up of vacuum dry equipment by condensator, vacuum pump match with dryer. (If it is no need to resolve the solvent, the condensator may not be used). The design of this machine is advanced and the inner structure is simple, so that it is easy to clean and the raw material can be discharged fully, the operation is also very simple. It can reduce labor strength and improve working environment. Meanwhile, when the cylinder is rotating, the raw material is also rotating, the wall of cylinder cannot be accumulated on the wall, so the coefficient of thermal transmission is high and the drying rate is also very high. Not only it can save energy but also the raw material can be dried fully and uniformly and the quality of products is good. It is widely used to pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry, dyestuff industry… It is in conformity with the requirements of “GMP”.

-Raw materials that the solvent and toxic gases are needed to recover.
-Raw materials that have special requirement for the very low content of residual volatile.
-Raw materials that have special requirement for well-mixed.
