2. Tension leveling line introduction
When the strip is processed in the cold, bad shape strip coil are caused because of the roll-type and the shape of roll gap. Such as coil strip generated waveforms (bilateral waves, unilateral wave, middle wave, aside wave), Warp , lateral bending and so on. We need tension leveler line to solve the above problems. It achieves a good shape, eliminates the yield platform, improves the mechanical properties of strip.
