1. Brief introduction charcoal briquette making machine
Hot sales honeycomb briquette machine (usually known as briquettes, through out a plurality of holes in a cylindrical cake coal) is the major production equipment in China urban briquette production plant. It adds coal powder into mold tube on the turntable
and press into briquettes through punching.
It is applied widely in cement, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, building materials,
refractory and other industrial sectors to crush medium hardness materials, such as limestone, slag, coke, coal and other materials.
It includes the body, turning, feeding, stamping and conveying five parts.

5.Finished products
After the processing of drying, compressing under the high pressure and temperature, the biomass briquette is characterized by high density, small in size, better combustion, capable as the substitute for the superior coal or firewood. This bio-fuel briquette is 40-80mm in diameter, occurs in the hollow quadrangular or hexagonal cylinder with a 15-20mm hole through the body.

7.The structure and operation principle
This machine structure is simple, includes the body, drive, feeding, punching, and conveying, etc, five parts.
1. Body parts: consits of platen, engine base, forming the skeleton entity.
2. Driving parts: consists of motor, belt pulley, gear, transmission shaft, etc. The motor make the gear shaft rotating through belt pulley, and through tow gears pass to axis, and then by a pair of bevel gear and the axis of rotation to drive the dial, and then pass to the four panel movement.
3. Feeding parts: consists of spindle, hopper, agitator, it will strike by axial gear mixer, beaten coal and load mode barrel.
4. The punching parts: it is meanly consists of four slide, sliding beam, punch, punch holder, punch pin, activity pressure plate, end of activity mode, spring, etc. When the machine driven by two gears, through the pull rod drives the sliding beam, make the punch down, activities set up, the spring become tight, press the coal powder into coal briquettes, and punch the coal briquettes onto the conveyor, for conveying out, the density of coal briquettes, is decided by the spring to tightly press activity plate.
5. Conveying parts: consists of transmission rack, belt pulley, support, conveying belt, etc. The conveyor belt random rotation the shaped coal briquettes out off the body, the adjustable screw on the conveyor rack can adjust the tightness.

9.Delivering and Packaging of charcoal briquette machine
1.Our single charcoal honeycomb briquette machine will be packed in the wooden case with frame and steel base, which is fixed for shipping.
2. If the machines are lot, we will load them in the containers, like the pictures show. And the standard container is 20GP, 40GP, 40HQ.
3. We also can package and shipping the machines as your requirements.
