| 1.SAFETY |
We have many safety devices like safety valves, alarming ring,automatic decreasing pressure device, oil-water separator, anti-back fire device, negative pressure device.these devices can guarantee the oil gas can not be back to the reactor and the distillation machine is working under the normal pressure.

1)Flame path is designed as spiral so that quantity of heat can be fully used.

| 3.OUR ADVANTAGES |
a. we use the underground dedusting system , the main part of the dedusting system is called strong spray tower which is made from stainless steel .
b. the security system is composed of two water seals, pressure sensors, temperature sensors and safety valves
c. we use 2 condensers and one set of calandria cooling system to make the cooling line longer and cooling surface wider to get more oil. d. the bottom of the main reactor is also made from stainless steel
d. the filter system can help to get good quality of oil

maintenance for complete set of machines. pay the double air tickets, accommodation and food.
2.According to the requirement of the buyer, our company sends engineers for installation and
commissioning in buyer's site including the training of skills of buyer's workers on operation,
maintenance, etc.
3.Supply layout according to buyer's workshop and land, civil works information, operation manuals,
etc. to the buyer.
4:We use the Q245R and Q345R Special boiler steel plate, can bear 700°Ctemperature when pyrolysis.
When machine have some problem (but wearing parts) if operate is right, we send engineer to buyer site maintance, it is free within 2 years.
