Application

  • 5th generation big tire recycling machine --the oil yield of our machine is 45-50%,steel wire 10%-15%,carbon black 25%-30%  and waste gas 15% from waste tyre/tire.

    1:Loading and deslagging automation

     Loading and steel drawing out quickly with auto feeder ;

     No need to wait for cooling and can load next batch with auto feeder,because the workers don’t need go inside to load the waste tyre or plastic,can not hurt the worker.

     The 1.2m or 1.4 gate can fit the auto feeder,the flexible graphite packing can stop the leaking.

     

    2:Fully enclosed Carbon black discharging system

     Our carbon black is very dry,if no fully enclosed carbon black discharging system,it will be flying everywhere.but now,we have it,the carbon black can be stored in the tank or transport anywhere according to customer need.

     

    3: Energy conservation and low cost on operation:

     The reactor is fully covered by thermal insulation,Heat preservation effect is good.Not only can keep hot during the heating in good efficiency but also guarantee no dangerous. The direct heating system to save energy and cost.

     

    4:Security:

     Our machine has anti-blocking device.There are two automatic relief valves, one is beside feeding port and one is beside catalyst chamber.

     There is an automatic alarm beside catalyst chamber. If the pressure reaches a certain level it alarms. You can open the valve by workers or our automatic relief valves will reduce the pressure.

     There is an safety net inside the reactor. It prevents the raw materials going to accessories and avoiding blocking.

     

     5: Environmental-friendly:

     The condersing water can be recycled,no pollution,only a little high temperature.

     Carbon black and steel wires can be deep-processed or sold directly with its value.

     The exhaust gas can be returned back to the fire channel and burn again to heat the reactor,the dusty can be removed by the dusty removing device.So the emission gas is clear and no pollution,only the steam.

     Noise emission is below the national standard.
