1.This machine is mainly suitable for shaping the heel after preheating and making the backpart, main heel and the liner tightly bound together.
2.The external mould uses airbag, so you do not need to make molds, what you need is the custom-built outer molds based on shoe types.
3.Under the control of the program through a set of precise acts to achieve the perfect shaping effect.
4.The inflation and deflation of airbag are controlled by PLC working together with a series of pressures.
5.The vacuum retractor makes the airbag swell out completely to provide the largest workspace so that it won’t damage the shoes.
6.The airbag is made of special materials and equipped with leather sheath to achieve the pressing effect of last attaching.
7.The task light is an optional part, besides lighting, the working lamp enables very precise positioning of the shoe surface.
