Features
1. It is different from the traditional shaping and preheating ,which employs humid heat preheating to make the vamp more adhesive to the shoe tree and keep it flexibility and luster.
2. Highly automatically ,all the actions are performed by air cylinder.
3. It is equipped with steam humidity control device to adjust the steam humidity in accordance with the shoe materials. Both lines could work simultaneously.
4. This machine is mainly applied in the pre-shaping process of toe cap beore sewing the upper for leather shoes of medium and high classes ,making the vamp more attached to the shoe tree .
5. The toe cap after the pre-shaping treatment is upright and flexible,both smart and qualitified.
