SD-689D Two hot and two cool back part moulding machine
1. This machine applies to the processing of the pre-heating and shaping of the heel of different shoes,intergrating the back,counter and the liner,to reach the better effects of closing the last.
2. The outer mold uses air chamber.There is no need to make the outer mold.Just make the inner mold according to the type of the shoes.
3. Design the accurate operation order by different types of controllers,to make the effects of the shaping best.
4. The aerating and the deflating of the air chamber can be controlled with a seroal pneumatic valve together with P.L.C.
5. The vacuum shrinking equipment makes the air chamber absorbed and expanded perfect after its deflating .Keep biggest work room,not to attrite the shoes .
6. And the air chamber is made with special materials together with the leather sheath,to reach the good effects of closing the last.
7. The work lamp is selective parts.Besides lightening ,it can help obtain the correct positioning of the vamp.
