SD-616 Vacuum vulcanizing leather shoe setting machine shoe-making machine
1.It adopts sealed heating, vacuum forming, making the vamp and shoe last matched.
2.Time standard vacuum is 3-5 minutes, the temperature can be adjusted according to different kinds of leather.
3.The temperature can be adjusted as different kinds materials of toe and heel required.
4.Air cooling after the sole pressing ,then natural cooling for 10-15 minutes, which increase the hardness of the back, so pull out last more effectively.
5.Leather or fabric boots can be processing with steam ,which improve the quality of vamps and no deformation of shoe.
6.Saving time , energy and low noise
