SD-858 sole attaching machine sole press machine hydraulic shoe sole pressing machine
1.The machine is fully controlled by hydraulic system, it is suitable for outsole attaching of jogging , walled sported ,and casual shoes. The operation of outsole , side and front-rear pressing can be accomplished simultaneously or respectively. The heavy pressing force and firm attaching effect save much manpower. This automatic sole attaching mechanism makes symmetry and perfect pressing which is necessary and helps the shoe industry upgrading .
2. Rising hydraulic cylinder adopts the pre-oil-fill up design ,which speeds up the rising movement, save the operation time , increase the productivity .
3.The hydraulic automatic balanced system is adopted for the mechanism of pressing rods , no need to adjust the heights of rods , which helps simplify operation .
4.The design of automatic swing angles setting for mechanism of pressing rods makes shoe locating easier, even for boots .
5.Pressure adjustment for every movement which makes the result of outsole pressing perfectly.
6. Automatic balanced rods and swing attaching mechanism :The height of attaching rods is controlled by hydraulic automatic balanced system, it is not necessary to adjust the attaching rods when the height of shoe last is different . It could also ensure to keep the same pressure of the two attaching rods , and balance the attaching power on the sole .
7. Side attaching mechanism :
The side attaching adopting whole hydraulic system ; there are eight pressing pads on each side , which could make a tight pressing according to shape of shoes
Each pressing pad is controlled by an individual cylinder and could reach to 250-300 kg, ensuring the attaching press perfectly.
Each side is equipped the disable pin , some pads can be disable when attaching smaller or special shoes , ensuring the best attaching result for the wall of shoes.
8.This machine is available for shoes with last between 130mm to 400mm in length , 140mm in width , 190mm or below in height .Height below 80mm for walled outsoles ,such as jogging , walled sports and casual shoes.
9. As the toe construction of cup-sole fogging shoes and tennis shoes are different , the shoe size of adult and the kid are quiet different , there are different types of toe-band for options to reach the best result of side attaching
10.With 16 pressing pads ,every 2 pads are one set with self-balancing function to keep the contact surface perfectly fir, therefore the result of pressing would be better
