The length of the production line can be designed as required and the outsole section cooperates with the high—speed conveyor belt,making them attached more effectively.
1. Infrared tubes: It adopts imported NIR dazzle light infrared tubes, making the temperature quickly and easily rise and keeping the temperature steady.
2. Constant temperature system:
1. It adopts SCR independent temperature controlled system, which makes the temperature constant and precisely, attaching the sole more effectively .
2. Temperature system (high--speed temperature rising): Temperature rising along with the running of the machine within 40seconds to 60seconds and the temperature will quickly reaching the set-point , which can save power.
3. Temperature of drier: According to different materials the temperature can be set as required , which makes the production more convenient, to meet the requirements of the design and treatment of shoemaking .
