2. Process Description
a. Crude carbon black after pyrolysis will be transport into the Storage Tank by Conveying System.
b. Through Impurity Separator, small steel and ash in the crude carbon black will be removed, the working principle is Archimedes Spiral. Then the carbon black will be collected by 1# Collector, then goes into C.B. Hopper.
c. In the Main Mill, the carbon black will be made into certain meshes the client requires, then collected in 2# Collector and after removing dust, goes into Refined C.B. Power Tank.
d. The next step is going into Granulating Machine and then into Dryer by Lifting Machine, the refined C.B. Will be dried by hot air.
e. The last step, Packing Machine.
Notes:
1. The temperature of end refined carbon black granule is about 20-30 centigrade. The size of
the granule can be adjustable, For example, if the rotated speed of the Granule Machine is slow the
granule will be bigger, and vice versa.
2. Better mill the crude carbon black into 4000 meshes, for the mobility of the carbon back will be better if the carbon black finer, easy to pellet.

3. Supply layout according to buyer's workshop and land, civil works information, operation manuals, etc. to the buyer.
4. For the damage caused by the users, our company provides the parts and accessories with cost price.
5. Our factory supplies the wearing parts with the cost price to clients.
