♦ Application field

BANRY Ultrasonic BR-28C1/BR-28C1(handle)/BR-30C1 Cutting machine (cutter) is suitable for cutting at least containing 50% synthetic fiber (fibre) textile and fabric. Such as non-woven fabric, chemical fiber (fibre), glass fiber (fibre) cloth (curtain, blind fabric), woven cloth, sunscreen cloth, umbrella cloth, (pongee, polyester, nylon, oxford fabric, satin umbrella fabric, PVC, T/C cotton fabric, EVA, pearl fabric)and so on. It is also suitable for cutting thermal plastic cloth and flannelette fabric.  (There are plenty fabric , Blackout, Sunscreen all of them are mainly made of Polyester. There is sunscreen with 30% Polyester and 70% PVC. All of this fabric weight between 300 to 450 gr/m2.)

BANRY Ultrasonic Glass Fiber Fabric Cutting Machine ( Cutter ) is composed of ultrasonic transducer (converter) , booster , horn ( sonotrode ) , generator , anvil and rack . There is a fan to cooling ultrasonic transducer ( converter ) , ensure it can work efficiently for a long time. Moreover , Compressed air cooling system is on the rack near the horn , protects the horn and fabric from overheating . 

♦ Principle of Ultrasonic Glass Fiber Fabrics Cutting

Ultrasonic energy to the vibration of ten million times , cutting and gluing the cutting edge at the same time , so the cutting point will  not rough selvedge like conventional cutting , cutting edge point will produce melt plasticization when cutting/welding process , which makes fraying or rough selvedge impossible .
