Fly ash introduction:
Fly ash, also known as "pulverised fuel ash", is one of the Coal combustion products, and is composed of the fine particles that are driven out of the boiler with the flue gases. Ash that falls in the bottom of the boiler is called bottom ash. Fly ash is generally captured by electrostatic precipitators or other particle filtration equipment before the flue gases reach the chimneys of coal-fired power plants, and together with bottom ash removed from the bottom of the boiler is known as coal ash. Depending upon the source and makeup of the coal being burned, the components of fly ash vary considerably, but all fly ash includes substantial amounts of silicon dioxide (SiO2) (both amorphous and crystalline), aluminium oxide (Al2O3) and calcium oxide (CaO), the main mineral compounds in coal-bearing rock strata.
Introduction of Rotary coal dryer :
Rotary coal dryer is suitable to dry metallic and nonmetallic mineral, clay in cement industrial and coal slime in coal mine, etc.
Generally speaking Rotary coal dryer can dry the material from 30-40% humidity to 6%-12% humidity.
Structure of Rotary coal dryer :
Rotary coal dryer is mainly composed of heat source, feeding equipment, feeder, Rotary coal dryer, discharging equipment, raw material crushing device, induced draft fan, unloader and power distribution cabinet.After the dewatered wet material feeding into dryer, the material will be in fully touch with hot air under the flipping of the board, which accelerates drying heat transfer and mass transfer.
