Introduction of the grain bucket elevator
XL series grain bucket elevator
1. Composed of the high pressure blower, air flow control valve, separator tube, air locker, connecting pipe, suction nozzle and conveying pipelines and other components.
2. Working principle:
Negative pressure air stream generated by the high pressure blower though the suction nozzle,suctioning the materials into the hose tube, then materials through the separation tube, air and material separated, material fell off into the air locker downward, then materials will be conveyed to the required place by positive pressure air flow.
3. The air separated will go into the blower through the separator tube (XL-20 and XL-30 through the dust collector).
Advantages of MANDA XL grain bucket elevator
You can use it at the flowing 3 status:
1st: suction in and pressure conveying out,
2nd: just suck in.
3rd: just pressure conveying out.
The first type of grain bucket elevator usually use air stream carrying materials through the pipe into the machine then send them to the warehouse trucks and other transportation terminal via a separator. The second type of grain bucket elevator suck the materials in then let them fall free via the separator and air-lock device to heap or unload into the bag or other conveying equipment.The third type of grain bucket elevator usually uses a hopper to store the materials need to be conveyed, then convey the materials to the terminal silo or other place.
