JH200 Series alcohol recovery tower
1.Alcohol recovery tower consists of six parts tower kittle, tower body, condenser, cooler, buffer and high-position storage.
2. The equipment is suitable for weak alcohol recovery of medicine and chemical industry, as well as suitable for distill recovery of carbinol, acetone and other organic solvent.
3. This equipment is able to distill the 30~50% alcohol to 90~95%. The residual liquor contain little alcohol and meets the environmental requirement.
4. This equipment adopts high efficient stainless steel corrugated packing, all made of stainless steel in order to ensure the alcohol not to be polluted. It is produced according
to GMP demands.
5. The tower adopts knock-down V style pipe, so it is convenient for heating ektexine and cleaning the wall wiall of the tower. The equipment adopts tow styles of external and
internal heating, the clients may choose it according to the pratical needs.
