Features of Single and Double Effect Energy Saving Concentrator
Alcohol recycling:It has strong recycling capacity,adopts vacuum operation way and improved the workmanship procedure of the equipment.The production ratio has been improved by 5 to 1 0 times compared with old types of the homogeneous equipments,and the recycling ratio can reach up to above 95%The consumption of alcohol is less than5%.And then it decreases the consumption by30%.It is a kind of energy-save equipment of small investment and high recycling profit.
After the alcohol is recycled. The equipment adopts the way of external heating nature circulation and vacuum positive pressure evaporation with rapid vapor speed and large gravity of concentration.The liquid is concentrated in the full hermetic and non-bubble State.It does not need to process in the Heater when recycling cream close the upper and lower butterfly valves off the Herter,the recycling of cream can be processed at the bottom of the Heater,an the gravity can reach up to above.
The equipment contact with liquid all made of stainless steel SUS304.Isolate with PU or EPE foam The surface is treated with sand grinding and surface polishing,meeting with the GMP standard.
Features of Triple Effect Energy Saving Concentrator
1 The reclaimable alcohol concentration is about 80%.
2 The three-effect can concentrate three different materials.
3 The single-effect,two-effect and three-effect can collect cream together time after time.
4 The intermittent and continuous material feeding is available.
5 The one-off cream formation is available.The material input is finished by the first effect and after the second and thirst effect.the finished cream is available one-off.
The special structure of concentrator can bring the concentrated material thick taste and even cream quality.The concentration under the seal and non-bubble condition can prevent material from loss and pollution. The present material can be concentrated presently,which features immune to block and convenient cleaning which can be make just by opening the up and down covers and can be make by one person.
The part inside of the concentrator in contact with the material is made with stainless steel SUS304.The thermal layer made with polyurethane is available at the heater and evaporator.The surface is treated with sand grinding and surface~polishing,meeting with the GMP standard.
