Working process of Equipment for rubber pyrolysis
1.Feed raw materials:
The raw material can be waste tire/waste plastic/waste rubber. Always feed by the auto feeder.
2. Pyrolysis:
Include a reactor and catalyst room. Heat the reactor by coal/wood/oil/natural gas.
This part will produce high temperature oil gas, the oil gas then flow into the next system.
3. Condensing:
Oil gas come out from the reactor and catalyst chamber then cooling down in this part.
Condensing system include condenser pipe, oil water separator, horizontal condenser
and waste gas condenser. This will make the oil yield to the maximum.
4.Waste gas recovery:
This part mainly deal with the gas that cannot be condensed. The whole process is very
steady and high efficiency.
5. Discharge:
After finished oil produce, the temperature of reactor can be cooled down, When the
temperature falls down to 40 degree then carbon black can be discharged automatically
by the way of anticlockwise rotate the reactor. The carbon black will drop into slag pool
and then use screw conveyor to clean the slag pool. After discharging the carbon black,
we can discharge the steel wire. There is steel wire hook in the auto-feeder, we only need
put the steel wire hook into the reactor, and start the motor, the steel wire can be pulled out
easily, there is no need for workers to contact the reactor, it is very convenient.
Final products
1) . FUEL OIL
It is the main product from the oil produce of pyrolysis process, widely used for industrial
and commercial purposes. Fuel oil composes of 45% to 53% of the total output.
2.) . CARBON BLACK
Carbon Black is the main product recycled by pyrolysis technology. The amount of recycled
carbon black is 30-35% (depend on the type of tyre) of the total amount of scrap tyres recycled
in the system. Carbon black can be used as raw material in many industries. We can further
process it and increase the mesh by grinding machine, or make it into carbon pellet by carbon
pellet machine.

1. Payment term: 30% TT advance payment 70%TT payment before plant shifting .
2. Delivery time: for batch type plant, loading plant within 20days after getting your advance payment, for fully continuous plant, loading plant within 50days
3. About installation: we will send technician for guiding installation and test machine and training your workers for free. The Installation period is one months, buyers offer round tickets and accommodation for our technician.
4. Warranty: The whole set plant warranty period is one year (easy-ware parts except). The reactor warranty is 2 years. We will not be responsible for problems caused by personal wrong operation
