Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory for pyrolysis and disitllation plant since 2010.
Q: How to make machine 100% non-pollution ?
A:
1. we are manufacturing pyrolysis and distillation plant since 2010, we have rich experience in making and using machine, we can make resonble design.
2.machine have 3-level dedust device, so the smoke (produced by burning fuel to heat reactor ) go to air is white steam after this dedust system
3.as for waste water, waster is recycling for cooling ,and the water for dedust will change to clean water steam then go to air by chimney, so water is no pollution.
4.waste gas: it can be recycled or storage to be used for next batch or to storage as fuel.
5.carbon slag: it can be used as material to ppaving road, or can be refined to small mesh as new material
Q: What is the term and condition ?
A:
1. Payment term: 30% TT advance payment 70%TT payment before plant shifting .
2. Delivery time: for batch type plant, loading plant within 20days after getting your advance payment, for fully continuous plant, loading plant within 50days
3. About installation: we will send technician for guiding installation and test machine and training your workers for free. The Installation period is one months, buyers offer round tickets and accommodation for our technician.
4. Warranty: The whole set plant warranty period is one year (easy-ware parts except). The reactor warranty is 3 years. We will not be responsible for problems caused by personal wrong operation
Q:How to keep machine safety ?
A:
1. With an auto welding machine for the reactor, it can not only greatly improve working efficiency but also guarantee the quality of welding seam, thus avoid explosion caused by gas leak.
2. Professional heating treatment and X-ray detection chamber are especially for welding.
3. Vacuum system will prevent oil gas from going back to reactor and causing accident.
4. Professional thermometer, pressure gauge and safety valve.
5. It is dangerous to burn exhaust gas(C1 to C4) without any safety measures. In our process, it is transferred first through the safety device and a safety burning air muzzle. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.
