1, Environmental protection
a> waste-gas :
during the process of pyrolysis , there will cause 5% waste-gas, but the waste-gas can be burnt again in the reactor as fuel materials to keep the temperature in the reactor, have you noticed the green hole in the reactor, the waste-gas enter into the hole and is burnt again. So there is no waste-gas at all.
b> Waste-water:
there is a water-recycling system in the set of plant, all the process, the water can be used circulatory. So there is no waste-water in the process of pyrolysis
c> Bad smell:
there will be some chemical substances feed into the catalysis tower and burnt together with the tires. It can get rid of bad smell and improve the quality of oil.
d> Emission controller:
there is emission controller in the set of plant, it won’t cause dirty dust in the process of pyrolysis. we have got the patent of this emission controller, it can reach to the environmental standard of South-Korea. you know, South-Korea is strict with the environmental protection
2 safety system
Safety system: there are two water seal tank in the set of plant, they can prevent gas back streaming and clean the waste-gas to make the plant more safety. T
here are safety alarms in the temperature gauge and pressure gauge, so when the tempura and pressure is abnormal, the alarms will ring then you could some safety precautions in time.
3, High-pressure scavenger system
this device can clean the pipes automatically, it can save you a lot of cleaning time and more labors. it don't need workers to clean the pipes.
4, stereometric cooling system
wide cooling surface, long cooling line , higher cooling efficient. it can improve the oil out-put and the quality of oil. stereometric can save you a lot of spaces. only 200square meters is enough for the set of pyrolysis plant
5, three oil tank
diesel oil tank which can collect the oil that contained diesel oil component;
gasoline tank which can collect the oil than contains the gasoline component. heavy oil tank can collect the whole oil.
separate collecting oil can improve the quality of oil , it will do some help for further refinery.
6, machinery feeder
we have a machinery feeder which can feed the used tires into the reactor automatically. it can save a lot of labours.
