Polypropylene/PP membrane is a microporous membrane made of polypropylene ultra-fine fibers made into the form of a hot melt adhesive, is part of a deep filter membrane material, has the following characteristics: food grade isotactic polypropylene as raw material, the whole production process without any additives; physical, chemical stability, good compatibility; has a range of pore size, porosity, pollutant carrying capacity, may recoil and high-temperature sterilization; pressure bearing is good.

Features: without any adhesive, chemical stability, flexible, unbreakable, high temperature, can withstand autoclaving. Non-toxic, tasteless, acid and alkali. 

Usage: 1. Suitable for the production of coarse, fine filter, folded filter. 

2. Suitable for beverage, pharmaceutical and other industries frame filter membrane. 

3. Suitable for reverse osmosis membranes, ultrafiltration membrane support and pretreatment. 

Non-toxic polypropylene/PP membrane can be widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, beverage and other fields; with hydrophobic gas filtration is preferred.

Polyvinylidene fluoride membrane (PVDF membrane) PVDF solution was made of the support layer through advanced production technology and a PH value of resistance to a wide range of good gas and liquid filtration organic microporous membrane.

Features: high film mechanical strength, high tensile strength, good heat resistance and chemical stability, and low protein adsorption; has a strong negative electrostatic and hydrophobic properties; having hydrophobic and hydrophilic forms. But can not tolerate acetone, DMSO, THF, DMF, methylene chloride, chloroform and the like. 

Usage: 1. Hydrophobic PVDF membrane filter is mainly used in gas and steam, high temperature liquid filtration; 

 2. Hydrophilic poly (vinylidene fluoride) film is mainly used in tissue culture media, and other additives, and solvent purification filter sterilization chemicals filtered sterile reagent liquids, such as high temperature filtration.
