1.Toper membrane Filter Plate Introduction:
Generally, the filter plate of the diaphragm filter press is used in combination with a diaphragm plate and a van plate. The chamber is a solid structure. The diaphragm plate consists of a diaphragm and a core plate.
2.Structure of membrane filter plate:
The diaphragm plate consists of two diaphragms and core plates, which are passed into the outer chamber (water or compressed air, etc.) into the chamber between the core plate and the diaphragm, so that the diaphragm is swollen to the diaphragm plate and the filter plate The composition of the filter chamber to be compressed, and thus better separation, improve the solid content. Which diaphragm as the main moving parts, repeated movement of the diaphragm easy to deformation and damage.
Diaphragm filter plate is divided into rubber diaphragm plate and polypropylene diaphragm plate. The rubber diaphragm plate is generally embedded in the groove of the core plate for easy disassembly and replacement because the rubber diaphragm has a high elasticity and is therefore less susceptible to damage. Polypropylene filter diaphragm is generally made of integral welding, the use of welding from the diaphragm can not be replaced.
3.Advantage of membrane filter plate:
3.1. Filtration time is short
With the increase in filtration time, the growth of filter cake is getting slower and slower. In order to keep the residual humidity in the filter residue low, the filter plate and the filter plate require a longer filtration time; the use of the JVK diaphragm filter can greatly shorten the filtration time. The desired residual humidity is achieved by mechanical extrusion of the elastic membrane.
3.2. Washing time is short
The use of conventional filter components can cause unevenness in the formation of the filter cake, for example due to wrinkling or cracking, resulting in uneven washing. The JVK diaphragm plate avoids this nonuniformity due to the softening of the diaphragm during the washing process. Due to the formation of uniform capillary structure in the filter cake, the washing effect is very good, and the washing liquid consumption can be greatly reduced.
3.3. Residual humidity is low
The high-pressure filtration required during the filtration process is replaced by a high-elastic film on the cake extrusion process. The extrusion process is not along the direction of the filter surface, but rather the lateral direction of the filter surface. In the shortest time, the residual humidity in the filter cake was significantly reduced, and the filtrate effluent was significantly increased. The benefits are as follows:
3.4. Diaphragm can be replaced
The diaphragm can be easily replaced in the filter press or outside the filter press. The traditional diaphragm board any side of the diaphragm is damaged, the entire diaphragm should be replaced. The diaphragm is a moving part of the board, the need to consider maintenance costs. And any side of the removable diaphragm can be replaced separately, the core board to continue to use, greatly reducing the maintenance and replacement costs.
3.5. The filter press does not directly act on the diaphragm
The diaphragm side extends only to the sealing surface of the diaphragm plate itself. Therefore, the filter press closing force does not act on the diaphragm, only acting on the filter plate core plate sealing surface.
3.6. The diaphragm has high elasticity
As the elasticity of the film is good, the filter cake surface formed on the basis of the filter cake and the different packing density can be adjusted by itself without permanent deformation. This feature ensures the most uniform and best filter cake squeeze. JVK diaphragm filter plate can reach a maximum pressure of 60bar, to meet a variety of industry applications.
3.7. Even in the cavity state diaphragm movement will not fail
The diaphragm is fixed in a position without stress. Regardless of the depth of the chamber, the diaphragm can be squeezed into the cavity without any trouble.
JVK diaphragm filter plate without any bolt connection, completely rely on the structure of the rubber diaphragm to seal. Even if the filter press is opened when the inside of the diaphragm chamber is mistakenly operated, the diaphragm on the JVK diaphragm plate will release the pressure according to the pressure, and the pressure will be released. The traditional diaphragm filter plate is generally welded or bolted, this situation will inevitably be damaged.
3.8. There is no time limit for diaphragm movement
The step-up and step-down of the feed, washing, and squeezing process will be neglected in some cases. With JVK diaphragm plates, this process can be optimized.
3.9. The clarity of the filter plate system is good
The filter plate is sealed according to the German industry standard DIN 7129. The diaphragm is fixed in the periphery, so the sealing performance of the chamber is very good. CGR design structure is JVK diaphragm filter plate of a completely sealed structure.
3.10. Filtration liquid flow channel cross section
The diameter and quantity of the filtrate outflow channel of the filter face to the filter plate core plate are set according to the application requirements. 3.12. The diaphragm system is highly safe
There is no screw or welded connection between the diaphragm and the sealing surface of the core plate. The pressure of the extruded medium after the diaphragm can only be maintained by closing the filter press. If the filter press is open or just opened, but the pressure inside the diaphragm, the diaphragm will immediately move from the fixed slot, resulting in a non-hazardous pressure release, and will not damage the diaphragm. The cost of security maintenance is significantly reduced.
