Product Description

01.Brief introduction and working principle :

Model SX centrifuge is a kind of thee-foot manual bottom discharge equipment with intermittent operation. The suspension feeds into the drum by the top inlet.

All suspension is distributed into the drum via the distributing disk. The liquid is separated at high speed and discharged out of the machine by filter medium.

The solid is remained in the drum. Lower speed and solid is discharged manually from the bottom of the machine.

This kind of machine is suitable for separating suspension with 5-60% solid and particle size more than 0.05mm. It is widely used in chemical industry, light-industry, food industry, pharmacy, metallurgy, etc.

The series centrifuge has a simple structure, reliable performance, easy operation and maintenance, each operation can be adjusted, residues can be washed, static mixer pipe filter solid particles not damaged, adaptability and so on.
