LW 355 model continuour separation decanter centrifuge of large capacity
LW 355 model oil separation deposition centrifuge uses the centrifugal sedimentation to separate the suspension, uses the spiral to unloading material.
It is continuously charging, separating, discharging at full speed. It is used in the suspension(in 0.0005~2mm, concentration 2-40%) solid-and-liquid separation, size classification, liquid clarification .Especially .
it is suitable for the suspension separation that with difficult in filter cloth recycling, and the material with large concentration and big size range.
Device Overview
1.1 Structure type: This machine is a kind of counter-flow type horizontal spiral centrifuge.At high-speed rotation of centrifuges to produce powerful centrifugal force, so that the solid-liquid continuous separation.
1.2 Discharge way: The dehydrated cake solids discharged by screw introduced from the drum and then fall by gravity ; the separated liquid is discharged by the centrifugal force out of the drum is ,and then discharged by gravity.
1.3 Equipment consist: Column - cone drum, auger, planetary gear differential, bearings, frame, shock absorber, outer shell, feeding tube, main and auxiliary motor drive system; temperature sensor, on-site emergency switch, dehydration system integration start control cabinet and other components.
1.4 Drive system: Main drive ----- main motor, belt drive system and inverter start up system :
Differential drive --- Assistant motor, belt drive ---- Department of planetary gear differential and frequency control system.
1.5 Lubrication: anti-wear, extreme pressure lithium grease lubrication
1.6 Control system: To cure the program provides centrifuge control measurement display, process chains and alarm protection. Include: centrifuge drum speed, differential input speed, bearing temperature alarms and safety devices
