Easy to operate.Once PLC control cabinet computer terminal situation occurs,it can be operated and controlled by manual model.Then the machine can run normally.
Touch screen PLC can control the following four parts:
One :
Host machine
1) Motor fan:It can make the host machine motor lower the temperature.
2) Hydraulic pump station:Water-cooled cooling system.
3) Vibration box:Inside the eccentric shaft,two motor control two eccentric shaft,thereby generating large vibration platform vibration force,then exciting force is transmitted to the mold frame.
4) Synchronization rack:It ensures that presser head is not tilted to make producted brick surface more smooth.
Host machine includes the following four parts:
1) Pallets feeder
2) Distribution material
3) Moulds and presser head
4) Block conveyor
TWO :
Belt Conveyor machine(Belong to auxiliary equipment one)

The mixed materials are conveyed to molding machine hopper for making blocks.

All the materials are put into the mixer tank and mix it at the same time.

Stacker machine
The stacker will stack the pallets with concrete blocks.
1) Stacker machine track
2) angle iron:To prevent deformation of the crate.
3) Position sensor:it is used to control the stacker machine deformation during walking.

(1)The block making machine all parts quality assurance period for 12 months.In normal use circumstances,there is any quality problem in the warranty period ,we use DHL,UPS,or other express delivery to send the accessories freely for customers after determine the damaged parts.

(3)We will send clearance document(bill of lading,packing List,insurance list and contract)to customer by DHL,and the service is free.
