PET bottle crushing, washing and drying line
Capacity: 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 1000kg/h, 1500kg/h, 2000kg/h, 3000kg/h, 5000kg/h. The device will be made according to material and capacity. We will make design production line according buyer's requirement. The following only for reference.
* PET recycling machine/line:

2. label remover (the efficiency of tag removing: uncompressed bottle is 98%, compressed bottle is 95%)

Now we have new floating washer. It with two discharger mouth, PE/PP and PET material will come from different discharger mouthes.

Now we have new model horizontal dewater machine. The rotating speed can reach 2100rpm. The final moisture content is around 1.8%.
