This equipment is mThis equipment is mainly used to PET bottle and flake crush, washing, cleaning, dewatering and drying.
The material from this equipment can be put into the granulating machine directly.
The whole equipment includes parts:
1.belt conveyer
2.crusher
3.screw conveyer
4.steam cleaning machine
5.horizontal washing machine
6.twin-screw floating washing machine
7.dewatering machine
8.storage hopper
This equipment is to turn waste PET bottles to clean PET flakes through crushing, label removing, friction washing, floating washing, hot water washing, dewatering and drying. The line is suitable to treat the contaminants contained in the PET Bottles, which includes PE/PP labels, PVC labels, paper labels, HDPE cups, glue, mud, beverage leftover, oil, and scrap iron.
We can supply production line with capacity from 500kg/h to 2000kg/h.
