WASTE PET BOTTLE WASHING LINE WITH CE CERTIFICATE
PET bottle washing line is using for recycling waste pet bottles, like waste coca cola bottles, pure water bottles, mineral water bottles and so on. PET bottles washing line whole process is from crushing waste coca cola bottles-washing waste mineral water bottles(include cold washing and hot washing)-drying flake to final packing system. The clean PET flake can be used in PET granulating line, PET strap extrusion line, PET fiber line and so on.
PET bottle washing line process: Chain conveyor-Debaler-Double screws loader- Prewasher- Double screws loader- Sorting platform- Crusher- Ccrew discharger- High speed horizontal dewater- hot washer boiler- High speed friction washer- PET cold water boiler(or here can use PET washing tank)- Screw loader -High speed horizontal dewater- Zigzag separator -Pacjing silo. PET bottle washing line capacity can be 500-5000kg/h.
