Plastic bottle recycling line is used for crushing the waste PET bottles into the small flakes , it is a high automatic line with the function of auto conveying , label removing , crushing , washing ( hot wash and cold wash ) , dewatering The final PET flakes will be high cleanliness and can be sold to chemical fibre factory or reused for new plastic bottle production .
It is also applicable to PE , PP ,HDPE plastic , such as , plastic chair , plastic drum , plastic crate ,etc .

1. Different production capacity for your option , 600 Kg per hour , 1000 Kg per hour , 1500 Kg per hour.
2. High automatic , once the recycling line is set up , only need 3-4 persons to control it .
3. The output plastic size can be customized by your order . Normally it is 10--20 mm .
4. Plastic crusher adopts 25 mm thickness iron crushing chamber, more durable and can run for long time.
5. There is a spiral pressurizer equipped on the top of the crusher machine , its main function is to force the PET bottles into the crushing room. It can greatly increase the productivity.

7. High cleanliness . All the dirt , mud , oil stain can be washed off by a series of washing .

1.Plastic bottle and can crusher warranty period is 12 months expect consumable spare parts, such as grinding stone, filter net.
2.During this guarantee period, we will provide the spare parts ( not including consumable spare parts) without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operation, we will provide the spare parts at cost price.
3.AZEUS will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
4.The machine will come with one extra consumable parts for replacement, user's manual in English, recipe.
5.If you need help after you service the machine, please call us or email us to get more detailed technical assistance. We will reply within 24 hours.
