Features and specifications:
1.Use the heating units to heat,have the characteristics of large heating area ,heating uniform and heating fast ,and the maximum temperature can be 380c.
2.Adopt the fuzzy PID control algorithm to control temperature,have the functions of double screen digital display and self adjustment ,have high measure precision,small temperature impact and single key for softtouch operation and use the inner and outer thermocouple to measure temperature.Use the controllable silicon to control the output.
160 to 240V voltage power supply can be used and thermocouple break protection is available.

Attentions
1.The instrument should have a good earth connection.
2.As the heat resistance of the motor and magnet is limited,when doing the heating experiment particularly the high temperature heating experiment ,the instrument can't be used to only heat.Please adjust the motor to rotating or low speed rotating state to protect the motor and the magnet from high temperature radiation.
3.After the high temperature heating,please turn off the heating switch first.Several minutes later,turn off the stirring switch when the thread dispersed.
4.The temperature of the heating part is very high,please be careful so as not to be burned when working.
5.When using it for the first time,there are white smoke and peculiar smell coming out of the mantle and the inner sheath turns from white to brown and back to white again.It is normal phenomenon because the glass fiber contains oiliness and other compounds in the production process.At this time,the apparatus should be place in the ventilated places.After several minutes when the white smoke disappear,it can be used normally.
6.The heating mantle whose capacity is over 3000ml will send out noise like “creak-creak”.It is related to the different structure of the furnace wire and the voltage regulator pulse signal of the controlled silicon ,so please rest assured to use it.
7.With wet hands ,liquid spill or a prolonged period of excessive humidity,the induction may be transmitted through the insulation cover,please be sure to connect to the ground line and pay attention to ventilate.If the leakage is serious ,please stop to use it.In order to avoid danger ,it can only be used when it is dried under the sun or in the oven.
8.If find no power,please check the fuse at the back above of the instrument to be sure whether it needs to be replaced.
9.Long time no use,please keep the instrument clean and store it in a dry and non-corrosive gas place.
