Open Type Rubber Mixing Mill
Features:
1. The roll is made of chilled cast iron of vanadium and titanium alloy, so the surface is hard and wearable ; the internal processing can make the temperature of the roll surface well-proportioned.
2. This machine has overload protection devices, and the major components cannot be damaged because of over loading.
3. This machine is equipped with emergency braking device. When an emergent accident happens , draw the pull rod, and then the machine will stop at once, it is safe and reliable .
4. The transmission system adopts eigher hard tooth flank dual axis reducer or NGW hard tooth flank planet reducer, which has compact strcture, low noise and high efficiency.
5. The base of the machine is a complete frame , so It's very convenient for installation.
