3. Lab Kneader Machine Structure
Lab Kneader Machine body:
Base Frame
Made of profiled bar and steel plate through welding
Mixing room
For middle tank, made of CrMnMo wear-resisting alloy steel through casting process, equipped with water jacket for cooling; for the side wall, it is made of 45# medium carbon steel plate through welding. besides, on cutting surface, it is additionally welded by wearing-resistance rapid steel from Germany as well as hard chrome plating treatment.
Mixing shaft
The shaft is made of 20crMo forging parts, while for vane, it is made of 20crMo through precision casting and welding, while for the position where can be worn easily is welded by wearing-resistance rapid steel from Germany additionally as well as hard chrome plating, so the performance becomes more excellent. besides, both of the shaft and vanes belong to hollow parts which can allow the water to go through.
Bearing support
For tipping and discharging mechanism, it is made of ZG20cast steel, while the rest three parts, they are made of HT250cast iron, in addition , the bearing belongs to ball bearings, The bearings from American TWB brand.
Leak-proof device
For the side end of mixing shaft, it is fastened by mechanical seal whose material is epoxy glass-cloth, in addition, the contact surface between the side end and shaft gland has been treated by wearing resistance; around the pressuring cover, adopt new-type plate tightening, also the material is epoxy glass-cloth.
Pressuring device:

With “M” structure for pressuring gland;Made of wear-resistant steel through casting, and equipped with water jacket where the cooling water can get through; During milling, it is available to bring pressure to bear on raw material through the driving of cylinder.
Discharging device
Structure: Worm-wheel type mixing room engaged
Tipping angle: Max.110°~135°
Tipping motor: 1HP motor with brake(Taiwan TECO brand)+ planetary gear speed reducer(Taiwan Jichen brand)
Transmission manner:
(3L)7.5KW /(5L) 11KW AC 6P main motor is integrated with K87 speed reducer, so direct driving available.
Tube:
The water cooling tubes cover the mixing room,rotary shaft,pressuring gland, the size of inlet and outlet tube is 0.1”.
Electric control box:
Floor-type electric control box engaged.
Select the electric equipments or instruments which meet the national regulation or requirements.
The electric control box can be designed and processed as the requirements of customers, besides, the machine has the features as follows:
1. Motor start loop.
2.Temperature setting,display and control . Reverse or forward rotation available
3. All of the main electric parts are from China Taiwan(Taiwan Shilin and Taian Brand).
