Equipment Function & Character
1. This machine is adopting with advanced PLC control, man-machine interface operation and stepless frequency converter,
which possesses stable function, jigh automation and simple operation. Paper feeding, edge sealing, angle rolling, outputting
and label sticking can be conducted at once time. Such automatic production saves the cost but also improves the production
efficiency as well. complying for making standard handkerchiefs, mini type handkerchiefs and uniform squre plastic PE film
package.
2. Under European CE standard designing, Passed CE certificate, with CE or UL certificate for Electric Parts and with safety
device, such as, safety-guard door, emergency stop and so on.
3. Most of parts are precisely processed by numerical-control machine; the key mechanical parts are under CNC processing;
while the main outsouring parts are world famous brand.
4. Perfect breakdown alarming systerm can quickly search the breakdown causes and breakdown location, while breakdown can
be eliminated in time.
5. High accuracy Omron photoelectric sensor tracing system on packaging material.
6. Auto oil injecting cycled lubrication system is adopted to prolong the usage life iof the monted for much more beautiful
packaging; Intellective tem-controlling unit is used for flexible temperature control.
7. Different shape sealing mouth, auto perforation unit, date printer and label sticker can be added ad per request..
