ZH200 Fully Automatic High-speed Cartoning Machine was modified based on the similar imported machine with our own innovations characteristic of mechanical-electrical integration with high performance.The relevant technology has met the standard of European Union and complies with GMP requirements.
The machine runs successively and horizontally with highest speed of 200 cartons a minute,suitable for packing blisters,soft tubes,bottles or shaped pieces into cartons in pharmaceutical,food,daily use commodity,chemical or hardware industry.It can be linked with blister packaging machines or filling machines,it can also be formed with thermal shrinking film packaging machine and encasing machine to achieve assembly production.
The machine is equipped with international brands of PLC touch screen control system inverter,servomotors and pneumatic components.The preventive systems make the machine capable of "not feeding leaflets if no incorrect positioning of cartons,machine halt for overloading and remote control for spot-motion"to guarantee stable performance,convenient operation and maintenance.
