         DHC Series Medicine Packing production Line is composed of  DPP  Series Blister  Packing Machine(optional models:DPP250,350,260H2,260k and DPH190),On-line Camera Inspection System,Automatic Cartoning Machine(ZH100,120 and Zh180,200),S2 Series Automatic Weighting Machine,Film Wrapping Machine and Encasing Machine.The production line can achieve automatic packing of medicines.blister packing of medicine(food,healthcare product)and thus tremendoustly increases working efficiency and reduces production costs.It can also effectively avoid cross contamination,which is in complicance with GMP requirements.

        The production line completes automatically the process of blister packing,inspection and rejectionnion of missing tablets automatic folding of leaflets, inserting the leaflets with blisters and then weighting on-line. After weighting,the finished cartons are wrapped by thermo-shrinking film and encased automatically.

       Each composition of the whole production line is controlled independently by PLC human-machine interface,with the function of intelligent synchronization.Harmonious perfor-mance and reliable features.

      It can be Splited and entered into elevators or renovated clean workshops.
