Wood Sawdust Pellet Machine
1. This is the vertical ring die wood sawdust pellet machine, which is mainly used for making biomass pellets from straw, wood, sawdust, wood chips, paddy straw, cotton stalk, rice husk, hulls, paper and other forest wastes, agriculture wastes.

1. The wood sawdust pellet production line includes the machines of crusher, dryer, wood sawdust pellet machine, cooler, packing machine, and necessary conveyors and feeder.
2. We can equip the suitable straw pellet machines as customers' requirements and capacity requirements.
Straw Crusher
1. crush the waste straw, wood, wood branch or other wooden materials to sawdust.
2. the sawdust size will be right suitable for making pellets.
3. crusher can be blade crusher or hammer crusher to adapt different materials.
Dryer
1. the wood sawdust pellet machine will receive the materials with around 15% moisture.
2. if the raw material moisture is high, we need to use the dryer to dry the materials to low moisture.
3. airflow type dryer and rotary type dryer for option.
4. airflow type dryer for small capacity, and rotary dryer for big capacity
