This briquette machine is a featured production in our factory. It is used to make briquettes from powder, dust or granule, such as charcoal powder carbon black, coal dust, iron powder. After the pressing of our machine, powder and granule are formed into various shapes of balls. This processing changes the using way of coal brings many good efforts. First, small pellet/briquette/ball provide gap for burning, so the efficiency can be improved, and the energy can be saved. This series of ball press machine excellent in briquetting machinery industry. Working principle of metal scrap ball press machine
With the two pressure-roller of the machine rotating, the materials were forced into the ball mould between two rollers. The space between the two rollers become narrow and narrow, and the pressure become larger and larger when the two rollers rolling. When the materials came to the line of the contact point of the two rollers', the pressure to the materials reached the peak. After the tremendous pressure of the roller, the materials become the finished product.
