Our this charcoal briquette extruder machine is the device of using the screw extrusion principle to squeeze the charcoal powder, coal powder materials and other materials(chemical materials, refractory materials, cement materials iron ore, copper or other matallurgical etc) with or without hole in the middle. Our new type bbq charcoal extruder machine has three electric motors and two discharging heads which can strengthly producing the briquettes with high density. The new type machine also can make different shapes of hollow or solid briquettes. And its output capacity is twice than the old ones.

The working principle of this bbq charcoal extruder machine:
The rotating vane wheel of bbq charcoal extruder machine load the raw coal or charcoal from feeding hopper, and when the machine impel the charcoal, the coal will be compressed, closed and mixed. And at the same time, there is intense friction accurred between materials and vanes. Then the coal materials temperature will go up, water and binder will be even, and coal materials are easliy shapping. Through the molding effect, the coal will be compressed closer and closer, and at last, the materials go into the flat part of mould and the briquettes come out.
