Introduction of coal ball press machine :
It is used to make ball from loose dust or granule, such as coal dust,iron powder mineral powder. Working Principle of the coal ball press machine
ball press machine's two vice-roll pre-press materials in the form of pipeline to lay a solid foundation for the finished ball. For finished products heroes ball solid foundation. Material Requirements
Precipitator dust, iron concentrate, raw material powder, manganese ore fines, coal powder, charcoal powder, metallic powder, iron scale, iron sludge, slime peat, fireproof material, desulfurized gypsum and dolomite,etc
A.The material used for pressing ball should be charcoal ,carbon black ,coal .etc .
B.The size of material should be less than 5mm ,or you need a crusher to crush it .
C.The moisture content of material should be 25%-30%.
