A: 20M2 is enough , 3 people is okay .
3. Q: I noticed you say waste building rebar also is okay to do wire steel nail , I wonder the profit difference if compared with the situation by using new wire coil ? any other difference exist on final steel nail shape ?
A: the net profit using waste steel is 5 times as new wire rod ;
there exist a vertical bar on nail body for scrap steel bar but nothing for raw material of new wire coil .
3. Q: Every supply all say their machine designed with a good quality , but what I seen is same appearance , I want to know how to judge ? and why you say your quality is best ?
A: The principal axis are made in S45C steel and moreover via a heating treatment , what is more , we design this most important part as a whole body not belong to that assemble-type , so very durable , 10 years working life is easy to satisfied .
4. Q: No matter what shape of final steel nail we did , and that accessory equipments are same ?
A: No , there are some slight changes , for example on cement nail , we have to add another galvanization machine ; for screw nails and have to add another thread rolling machine .....what I said aboved all comes on basis of situation for common wire nail .
